existence on September 30 / 1999 by joint investment of 230
million shares from 5 sponsor shareholders: Anhui Jac automotive
co, Singapore gold lion Asia pacific corporation, Anhui science
and technology industry investment corporation, Anhui mechanical
equipment corporation, Wuhan Tiangu information industry
corporation, and currently employing 12700 employees.
Jac is chiefly involved in development , manufacture and sales
of automobile and components, including medium duty-light duty
carriage chassis, light trucks, refine business vehicles and
gear box.
For years , Jac has
been viewed as national quality and profit enterprise by csqc,
Anhui meritorious corporate in turn-of-century million employees
project and Anhui top 100 most profitable enterprises: in 2000 ,
